Braxton Bragg - More forearm issues Bragg was placed on the 7-day injured list at Double-A Chesapeake due to recurrent right forearm discomfort, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Impact Bragg missed ten days in June with the same injury. He then returned to make two starts (4 ER in 8 IP). It's not clear if this is a significant setback. He has a 2.32 ERA with a 59:12 K:BB in 42.2 innings at Double-A this season.

Gary Sánchez - Out with moderate knee sprain Orioles interim manager Tony Mansolino said Sunday that Sanchez has been diagnosed with a moderate PCL sprain in his right knee, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Impact Mansolino didn't offer up a timeline for Sanchez's return from the 10-day injured list, but given that his knee sprain isn't viewed as mild, the 33-year-old backstop seems unlikely to be ready to play when he's first eligible for activation at the start of the second half. Sanchez became the fourth Orioles catcher to hit the IL, joining Adley Rutschman (oblique), Maverick Handley (concussion) and Chadwick Tromp (back). None of the injured backstops have resumed baseball activities, so Jacob Stallings and the newly acquired Alex Jackson appear poised to serve as Baltimore's catching tandem though at least the All-Star break.

Impact Dominguez, who was unavailable in the O's last two games, was called upon to protect a two-run lead in the ninth inning Sunday after Felix Bautista pitched consecutive days. It didn't come easily for Dominguez -- the right-hander gave up a one-out homer to Sean Murphy before Ozzie Albies singled to put the tying run on base. However, the right-hander would settle in and set down the next two Atlanta batters to close out his second save this season. The 30-year-old Dominguez has posted a 3.31 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 47:20 K:BB across 35.1 innings this year while working primarily in a setup role.
